Went for brunch at Tom Phat today with the fam. Service is alright, coffee is decent.
Baked Eggs w/ Ocean Trout
Tried the Roti Omelette (egg, bacon, roti w/ chives and tomato salsa) $13.90, Uncle Ho’s Grilled Pork Chop $15.90, Chicken Chilli Jam on Rice $14.90, and Baked Eggs w/ Ocean Trout (Specials).
Roti Omelette
Really enjoyed the dishes, especially the Roti Omelette and Chicken Chilli Jam (chilli jam was delish). Except for the Baked Eggs w/ Ocean Trout, tasted too fishy for me, but my sister loved it.
Will love to return to try the other dishes and for their dinner menu.
Overall, tasty fusion food, nice place for brunch.
