Dropped by Proud Mary for brunch after hearing good things about this place. The place was bustling when we arrived on a weekend morning. We managed to still grab a table relatively quickly.
Service here is alright, but really long wait on food.
Coffee here is good but I expected better, absolutely gorgeous blue cups and saucers.
We had the Avocado on Rye $14, Hot Smoked Salmon w/ Corn Fritter $17, Potato Hash $16.50 and Scrambled Eggs on Toast w/ side Mushrooms $8.50 + $4.
Taste wise, the food was good. The Avocado on Rye was delish and so was the Salmon w/ Corn Fritter (although i would’ve preferred more corn in the batter).
Overall, besides the long wait, a good brunch but didn’t really live up to the hype for me.
Might give it another try when it isn’t so busy.
